• Furnish shipping commercial documents as per L/c as well open account.
• Prepare custom documents with complete bond details.
• Submit E form request on WeBOC system.
• Prepare House Airway bill or Bill of Lading draft.
• Update foreign L/c statement daily basis shipment.
• Proper book keeping and filing of each Denim fabric shipments

Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluation of LCs based on Contract & its terms & condition
• Correspondence with bank for LCs & related documents
• Follow up with customers & bank for the release of payment & Document Acceptance.
• Coordination with Marketing and Dispatch team to plan shipment accordingly.
• Liaison with Internal & External Customers
• Furnish shipping commercial documents as per customer requirement.
• Analysis of Payments, Overdue payments, Contracts etc.
• Verify Sales tax and WHT.
• Maintenance of local sales of fabric basis on local LCs
